Change in comment settings.

I have had to change the comment settings because I have been getting so much spam. Anonymous user comments are mostly spam now and it has gotten to a point where it is annoying. So, I hope this doesn't change the way most of you comment as I love to hear from you. The setting I could set it to said registered users. The only other way was only google users only or members of blog. So, I am not sure which is better but like I said I hope this works out for you all.
